Puurs-Sint-Amands – Koiba NV becomes sole shareholder of Fedrus International NV

Today, the current majority shareholder Koiba NV has acquired all shares of Fedrus International NV held by the financial investors Sofindev IV NV and ING België NV.

With this additional investment to become the sole shareholder, the Vandecruys family expresses its confidence in Fedrus International NV and its willingness for a long-term commitment to the group. The transaction takes place at the level of the shareholders and does not have an impact on the employees and/or the daily operations of the group.
