Fedrus Invest Groep NV merges with Fedrus International NV
Puurs-Sint-Amands – Fedrus Invest Groep NV has been absorbed by Fedrus International NV on May 29, 2020 through a merger and has ceased to exist by operation of law.
The activities of both companies will be continued under one name and legal entity, in particular Fedrus International NV, with registered office at Schoonmansveld 48, B-2870 Puurs-Sint-Amands. The company has only one VAT number, namely BE 0630.779.617, the current VAT number of Fedrus International NV. Phone numbers and e-mailadresses will be maintained.
