As part of a piloting project in Belgium organized by Stella P*, Fedrus International organized a first Millennial Board. Nine millennials (aged between 25 and 35) were invited to reflect and discuss on diversity, inclusivity, employee well-being and sustainability initiatives. They valued Fedrus’ corporate values entrepreneurship, flexibility, teamwork, expertise and loyalty.
The pilot project still has to be evaluated by Stella P, but as the Fedrus participants are concerned this sounding board was a very interesting and promising first experience.
